Xiaoliuqiu is the easiest place in Taiwan to snorkel and find sea turtles all year around. When it is rainy and cold in the north, this southern island is will be enjoying sunny and beautiful weather. Maybe that’s why the people living there are so passionate and hospitable. I always enjoy swimming in the deep blue sea there, and as soon as I leave I start thinking about my next trip back.
